Ramon Fullon

Ramon Manas Fullon, 79, of Valley Cottage, New York, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2, 2026 surrounded by family at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Ramon was born in Tondo, Manila, Philippines on August 13, 1946 to Ernesto and Lydia Fullon and spent parts of his life in Manila, Iloilo, Queens eventually settling down in Valley Cottage, NY.

Ramon is survived by his wife of 47 years, Lourdes (Marilou) Fullon, daughters Michele Fullon, Carissa Fullon, granddog Milo, daughter Isabel (Bol) McCarthy, son-in-law John, grandchildren James, Madelyn, Gabriel, Peter, and Riley, son Raymond (Goy) Fullon, daughter-in-law Pauleen, grandchildren Emilia and Robin, siblings, Lourdes (Lulu) Quimson, Ernesto (Bong) Fullon, Jose Mari (Joey) Fullon, and many loving nieces, nephews, godchildren and extended family & friends. Ramon was preceded in death by his parents, Ernesto and Lydia Fullon.

Ramon, often called Monet, was a loving & dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all. Typically quiet and reserved Ramon was known for his sense of humor and was quick to crack a joke at any time of the day.

A time of gathering will be held on Thursday, May 7 from 3:00 - 8:00 pm at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home at 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 8 at 11:30 am at St. Paul’s Catholic Church at 82 Lake Road, Congers, NY 10920. Interment will follow at St Anthony’s Cemetery at 36 W Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954, US.
