Raphael "Ralph" M. Castro passed away on May 18, 2012. He will be missed by all who knew him. Family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 at Higgins Funeral Home in New City. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, 10:15am, at St. Francis of Assisi Church, West Nyack, NY, followed by entombment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, NY.
