Richard Thomas Drummond passed away on July 24, 2015. He was 52 years old. Richard was born in New York City on April 15, 1963 to James and Elizabeth Drummond. He married the love of his life, Michelle York, on June 15, 1997. Richard worked as a stock clerk for Pathmark for many years. He was a dedicated volunteer firefighter for the Blauvelt Fire Company. He was an avid sports fan with his favorite teams being the NY Yankees and the NY Giants. Richard loved to travel but his greatest joy came from spending time with his son, Paul, especially riding bikes together. He will be missed by all who knew him. Richard is survived by his devoted wife, Michelle; his loving son, Paul; his sisters, Moira and Valerie; and his twin brothers, Donald and Douglas. Family will receive friends today, Tuesday, from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, 11:30am, at St. Anthony's Parish Church, Nanuet, followed by a private cremation.
