Robert N. Behr was born on January 17, 1954 to Maria (Filomia) and Anthony Norman Behr in Queens, New York. He passed away on March 24, 2013. He worked as a Camp Director for underprivileged children. Family will receive visitors on Sunday from 7-9pm at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc, Congers, NY. A service will be held at the funeral home followed by a private cremation.
