Robert J. Muscatella

Robert John Muscatella, age 81, of Bardonia, New York entered into eternal peace with Our Father in Heaven on Sunday, February 26, 2023.

Robert was the beloved husband of Camille Ann Cirillo Muscatella for 57 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nancy and Rocco Muscatella, and step-father Arthur Bruno. Robert has two brothers, Arthur and Ronald Bruno. Loving father to Nancy (Robert) Gauthier, Laurie Muscatella, Robert Muscatella, and Christopher (Annemarie) Muscatella; devoted grandfather of Ryan Gauthier, Michael Gauthier, Alessia Muscatella, and Christopher Muscatella.

He was a devoted Catholic and parishioner at St. Anthony's Church in Nanuet, NY where he attended mass every morning. He was a Civil Engineer that worked for the NYC Board of Education for 35 years. He loved sports, discussing politics, reading, and fixing the unfixable, but there is nothing he loved more than his family. He had a heart of gold and was a wonderful, kind, and loving man that will truly be missed by all that were blessed to have been loved by him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday, March 1st from 3 to 7pm at Michael J Higgins Funeral Home- 321 South Main Street in New City, NY. The Funeral Mass will be at 10am on Thursday, March 2nd at St. Anthony's Church- 36 West Nyack Road, Nanuet, NY. The interment will follow the Mass at St. Anthony's Cemetery.
