Ronald Reck of New city, NY, 81 years old, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on September 19th, 2024. He was born August 15, 1943 in Flushing, New York. Ronald was a quiet man with a heart of gold, and always had a story to tell. He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Helen; beloved daughters, AnnMarie (Marc) Doherty, Jennifer (Alex) Chemerov, and his son Ronnie Jr. (Karyn) Reck: and his grandchildren Jessica, Jakob, Matthew, Julianne, Aleksandra, and Viktoria. Ron loved spending time with his family cheering them on whether it was a sporting event or one of their many accomplishments.
A mass for Ronald will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at St. Augustine Church located at 140 Maple Avenue in New City, New York followed by a family celebration of his life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
