Scottjohnn Suber was born to James and Elizabeth Suber in the Bronx on December 25, 1949. He was the second oldest of five children. He attended Henry Hudson Junior High School and DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx. Scott, in his teen years, became interested in Martial Arts, studied and eventually became a third degree black belt. Scott worked as a journeyman for many years. Wanting to have a better life for himself and his family, he applied for, trained and graduated from the Police Academy in 1987 and went on to become a Correction Officer for Westchester County. During the time he was a Correction Officer, he played a major part in implementing the Emergency Service Unit for the Department. He was also a member of the Honor Guard. He was a Major in the Spring Valley Chapter of The Buffalo Soldiers. He met Patricia Shaw when they were both trying their hand at acting. On June 4th, 1977 they were married. From this union came their daughter, Amanda-danielle. In his free time he would like to ski, ride his motorcycle or play a game of soccer. He loved listening to Jazz, and many times he would pick up his flute and play along. But most of all he loved spending time with his (as he would say) “two favorite girls”. He leaves behind to mourn his passing his wife, daughter, his siblings, Bobby, Patricia and Dennis, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
