It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our loving son, Steven A. Bikofsky on June 23, 2020. He was born in Rockland County on January 25, 1996 to Patricia (Morris) and Michael Bikofsky. Steven attended Link Elementary School and graduated from Clarkstown South High School in 2014. As a recent returning student to Rockland Community College, Steven was to graduate with an Associate degree in Business after completion of the 2020 Fall semester, with a further plan to complete a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Steven was a strong, social, and compassionate young man who loved competitiveness, history, economics, politics and sports. Even though his life’s journey lasted only twenty-four years, Steven leaves us with beautiful family memories, his happy laugh and his words of wisdom. Steven leaves behind his brother Robert and his sister Danielle; his maternal grandparents, Bridget and Arthur Morris of New City; his paternal grandparents, Marcy and Kenneth Bikofsky of Lake Worth, Florida; his aunts and uncles, Anthony Morris, Christine and Bill Genovesi, David and Mary Bikofsky, Vicki and Tim Hillis; his cousins, Nicole, Anthony, and Jacqueline Morris, Amanda, Bridget, and Vincent Genovesi, Rachael Patriarca, Zachary and Tyler Nichols; and many friends. A wake will be held on Friday, June 26th from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956. A celebration of Steven’s life will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, June 27th at St. Augustine Church, 140 Maple Avenue, New City, NY, 10956. Burial at St. Anthony’s cemetery, in Nanuet NY will follow. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rockland Council on Alcoholism and other Drug Dependence, LLC., 25 Smith Street #101, Nanuet, NY 10954. Please make donations to RCAAD: In Memory of Steven Bikofsky www.rcadd.org.
