Thomas Mulligan was born on June 15, 1933 to John Mulligan and Ellen (Kiernnan) in Longford, Ireland. He passed away at the age of 79 on February 25, 2013. He worked as a construction worker for many years. He will be missed by family both in Ireland and the United States. Private cremation will take place.
