Vivian Lee DeGaetano

by her family on June 28, 2022. Vivian was a lifelong resident of Brooklyn.

She was born on June 12, 1951 to Jennie and Salvatore DeGaetano.

Vivian graduated from FDR High School and Long Island University.

She loved being in Manhattan for work at Federated, Bulgari, Bellevue and

NYU and lived in Chelsea in the 70’s and 80’s.

Vivian enjoyed travel, art, poetry, museums, theatres, fashion and her family.

She is survived by her brother, Andrew, his wife, Deirdre and son, Tyler and

her fur baby, Velvet her cat. Vivian is also survived by her cousins, Annette,

Debra, Nancy, Louise, Geraldine and many more. She is also survived by

her Goddaughters, Amanda and Grace and her honorary Godchildren,

Michael, Trevor, Taylor, Natalie, Eric, Jessica, Cara, Tony and many more.

She will be missed by her family and lifelong friends, Athanasia, Barbara,

Craig, Zebe, Frank, Bobby, Mairead and many more.

Family will receive friends on Friday from 3-8pm at Higgins Funeral Home

At 321 S Main St. New City, NY 10956.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday 11:30am at

St. Francis of Assisi Church @ 128 Parrott Rd. West Nyack, NY 10994.
