Vivian Miotto

Vivian was born on November 20 th , 1937, in Bronx, NY. She lived a life defined by kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her.

Family was the center of her world. She cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren, whether sharing family meals, celebrating holidays, or simply offering a listening ear and words of encouragement. Her home was always open, filled with laughter, love, and the comforting aroma of her favorite home-cooked meals. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures and created countless treasured memories with those she loved.

She is lovingly survived by her children, Robert (Theresa), Paul (Jackie), Marc, and her late son Eric; her grandchildren, Robbie (Ariana), Steve (Alexa), Michael, Christopher, Richie, Stephanie, Robert and Eric; and her great-granddaughter, Ava Grace. Dear sibling to Angelo, Anthony, Joesph & Maryann; and many extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers, friends, and loved ones who provided comfort and support throughout her final days.

A Wake will be held on Friday, July 10 from 4:00 - 8:00pm at the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 11 at 10:00am at the Church of St.Augustine, 140 Maple Avenue, New City, NY 10956. Entombment will follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, 36 West Nyack Road, Nanuet, NY 10954.

Though our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in knowing that Vivian’s love, wisdom, and legacy will live on through the family she cherished and the many lives she touched. She will be forever loved, forever remembered, and deeply missed.
