Age 96 of Northridge Masonic Home, Minneapolis, passed away on November 3, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy C.; parents; two sisters; and three grandchildren, Beth Erickson, Derek Merwin and Wade Erickson.
She is survived by daughter, Patricia Erickson of Minneapolis; sons, Richard (Susan) Mattson of Billings, MT and Royal (Diane) Mattson of Rogers, MN; 8 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She leaves behind many other relatives and a host of friends. She will be dearly missed. She leaves us a legacy of selfless devotion to her family and friends. She was a great example of serving others. May we follow her example as we remember her. Eva was also a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
A private interment for family and close friends was held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
