John was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Mary Bernice Shaw; sister, Barbara Shaw; brother, Bernard Michael Shaw.

John will be deeply missed by his sisters, Sharon Barber, Mary (Jim) Wittrock, Phyllis (Jerry) Clarke; many nieces and nephews.

John will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 1:00 pm.
