To Joel, Emily, and daughters:
I am so sorry you lost your loved one, especially at his young age. I viewed the video and am thinking about how many more future events you would have loved to have him share, especially with your sweet young children. I am sure it is a great loss.

I was introduced to Kelley and Nancy years ago by our mutual friend Bevan, who also left us too soon. The four of us embarked on some wonderful weekend nature adventures. I would like to thank all of them for the patience they showed to this rookie, who was clearly out of her comfort zone. I will never forget those trips.
