She was the best kind of neighbor. She always said "come in, sit down" no matter when I knocked on her door. She never failed to have a treat for my son and a good story for me. Our whole family misses her very much.

So sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working with Sue for many years at TFCU. I will always remember her special ribbon jello (no one could make it like Sue) and her banana bread. She shared many of her recipes and I will think of her every time I use them.

Ev and family.  I am so sorry to hear of Sue's passing.  It was good to see you both at our class reunion in September.  I am sad for your loss and will keep your loved one in my prayers at Mass.  May she rest in peace with Jesus.  My prayer for you and your family is that Our Lord will guild you during these sad times.  And, may your memories be a comfort for you. I am so sorry for your loss. Sue was so very dear to me for many many years.  I will miss her so much. We had such a nice visit just nine days before she passed and a visit I will forever cherish. I always said that Sue was my second mom. RIP my dear friend. Prayers to you all.

I was flooded with memories of Aunt Sue as I put her angels on my Christmas tree this year. She had a way of always making you feel like you were worth listening to, whether you were 4, 14, or 40! She had an excellent memory for the things you told her as well, some of which I didn't remember saying from my teenage years and wished she had forgotten. ;) My favorite stories of Sue's were when she told of dealing with misbehaving children in public! Oh, to have the patience and confidence to react as she did! Such a wonderful lady and one of my husband's favorites! I'm deeply saddened to know that my children won't have the chance to get to know her as I did. I feel blessed to have been a part of her family!

My sympathy to the family of Mary Sue Chirhart. She was as dear as a family member to all of us at TFCU, and she was so happy, always smiling when she spoke of her family.  She taught me so much, and now I feel cheated that she left us so early.  I know that the Lord welcomes her with open arms as one
of his best and cheeriest.  Sue could always think of something good to say and I know she will be the guardian angel of her family.

Sorry for your loss. I worked with Sue at TFCU and will always remember how she would make me laugh with her great sense of humor. RIP Sue, you will be missed.

My thoughts and sympathy to the Chirhart family. I have fond memories of the Chirhart family from my very young days growing up off Kentucky Avenue in Crystal.After losing my own Mother (Nancy Black) 6 years ago over the holidays, I can say that I have been in your shoes. Time heals and memories stay strong. I wish you peace and strength in the coming days.

I worked with Sue at TFCU.  One thing I will always remember about Sue was her love of the cabin.  When talking with her about whether or not to purchase a cabin she told me, "You are not buying a cabin...you are buying memories. She was so right. I also have Sue's "layer ribbon jello recipe" and many of her Christmas cookie recipes.  Sue was always one of my favorites.  The mittens and other Christmas decorations she made are treasures that will continue to hang on my tree each year reminding me of the caring, creative and passionate friend Sue was.

May she now be at peace. I am truly sorry for your loss.
