Rosemary, known as "Red" to her friends, grew up in Northeast Minneapolis and attended St Anthony of Padua Catholic School. She met and fell in love with Al and they were married in 1947.

While working at the Cream of Wheat Company at age 18, Rosemary met eight women who became the "Club". They were close friends who met for monthly lunches, dinners and many other trips and adventures for over 70 years.

Rosemary was a great cook and baker. She enjoyed reading, traveling, shopping and spending time at the lake. The one thing she enjoyed most of all throughout her life was getting together with family and friends. Rosemary will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

We want to thank the staff from North Memorial Hospice and St. Therese Oxbow, for the wonderful care they gave. They were a blessing to our mother and our family.

There will be a private funeral.

A memorial gathering will be held at a future time.

Dear Geri, Colleen , and Tom,

I share the loss of your mother. She was one of my most beautiful cousins. I would telephone her as an older cousin who might know more about some part of the Nalezny family history. She had been a Junior Bridesmaid in my mother's wedding in 1939. and was a favorite of hers. In fact, your mother borrowed and wore my mother's wedding dress in her own wedding in 1947.
In later years, your mom and dad made occasional visits to my parents in Coon Rapids and Green Valley, Arizona. May your families have fond memories of grandmother Rosemary and the coffee cake recipes of her mother that she passed on to you.
