Age 59 of New Hope, passed away on October 19th, 2016 at North Memorial Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Duane Valentine; and Step-father, Edward Potter.
Thomas is survived by his Mother, Lorraine “Lori” Potter; Sister, Carol Valentine; and Loving Relatives and Friends.
Thomas loved the outdoors and greatly enjoyed sports, hiking, camping, nature, birdwatching and cleaning.
He was employed at Waterford in New Hope.

Kapala-Glodek-Malone Funeral Home,
7800 Bass Lake Road,
New Hope, MN.
A private interment will take place at Lakewood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the donor’s choice.
