Charles Ewell Davidson

Visitation was held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday.

A native of Ann Arbor, Michigan and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Davidson passed away at 9:24 am on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at his residence.

Charles was a Veteran of the US Army and was a member of the VFW in Franklin. He loved his children and grandchildren very much and enjoyed spending time with them.

He is survived by his three sons, Charles Ryan Davidson, Timothy Paul Davidson and Thomas Matthew Davidson all of Houma; his mother, Christine Sumner Davidson of New Iberia; two brothers, Jimmy Davidson, Sr. and wife Dianna and Danny R. Davidson all of New Iberia; two sisters, Opal Smith and husband Mike of Butler, Indiana and Darlene Breaux and husband Ricky of Franklin and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Billy Davidson; brother, Donald A. Davidson, Sr. and his nephew, Donovan C. Davidson.
