RYNELLA – A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for David Lynn Neisser, age 59, at 2:00 pm Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at St. Marcellus Catholic Church with Fr. James Nguyen officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Tuesday with a Rosary at 6:30 pm. The funeral home will reopen at 9:00 am on Wednesday until service time.

A native of Victoria, TX and resident of New Iberia, David passed away at 9:47 am on Monday, April 9, 2018 at his residence.

David was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He was employed in the oilfield as a sand blaster and painter for many years. He will be missed dearly by all of his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughters, Brittany Neisser and companion Emery Fontenot and Nicki Neisser and companion Raymond Comeaux; two grandchildren, Mackenzie Hyman and Noah Hyman; his mother and step father, Dorothy Boudreaux and Howard Boudreaux and three brothers, Kenneth Neisser and wife Darlene; Darrell Neisser and wife Debbie and Clarence Roy Neisser and wife Shirley all of New Iberia.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Henry Neisser; brother, Keith Neisser and nephew, Ethan Neisser.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Neisser, Darrell Neisser, Clarence Roy Neisser, Emery Fontenot, Raymond Comeaux and CJ Neisser.
