

Private memorial services with Military Honors by American Legion Julius Boutte Post 365 will be held at a later date.
Mr. Boutte was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served his country during World War II. He was a retired bus driver with the Iberia Parish School Board, a member of American Legion Julius Boutte Post 365, and the Good Sam Club. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his children, Kathleen B. Renard (Harold) of Delcambre, Sandra B. Boot (Timm) of Chadworth, CA, Norma B. Bonin (Octa) of Carencro, Deborah B. Briggs (Roy) of New Iberia, Jennifer B. Eskind and companion Phil Bayard of New Iberia, and Leslie B. McGrew (Ken) of Lafayette; 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Mae Bernard of Lafayette.
He was preceded parents, Rudson and Louise Sinitiere Boutte; brothers, Wilson, Norman and Tut Boutte; and sisters, Lilly Terrel, Madeline Lanza, LouElla Black, Pearl Guilbeau, Eunice Bridges, and Nadine Duplantis.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Hospice of Acadiana, and to their dear friend and Lester’s caregiver, Vicki Gilliam, for her care and compassion shown.
