Mollie Tenney Mullen

COTEAU – Graveside memorial services will be celebrated for Mollie Tenney Mullen at 10:00 am Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery. Fr. Ed Degeyter will officiate. Mollie will be laid to rest with her spouse in spirit, Kevin Cormier.

Mollie was born February 21, 1956 in New Iberia to the late Charles H. Tenney, Sr. and the late Mollie Borskey Tenney, and passed away peacefully Thursday, September 14, 2017 at her residence.

Mollie was a graduate of USL (now ULL) with a degree in Art and Nursing. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, artistic drawing and painting, spending time with her dogs, and helping others all she could. She had a kind smile and warm heart that always made you feel welcome. She will be missed dearly.

Survivors include her brothers, Lyle Joseph Tenney and John Lloyd Tenney and wife Charlotte; her nieces and nephews, Chance P. Tenney, Ashley T. Easton, Crystal Tobat, Caitlyn A. Tenney, Gordy Tenney, Tony Tenney, Randy Tenney, Emily Daspit Fernandez and Danielle F. Tenney; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse in spirit, Kevin Cormier; and her brother, Charles H. Tenney, Jr.
