Regina Toye Louviere Landry

NEW IBERIA – Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Homer Joseph Landry, Sr., the former Regina "Toye'" Louviere, age 86, at 11:00 am Friday October 18, 2013 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Fr. Mark Derise officiating. Interment will follow at Broussard Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Thursday with a Rosary at 6:30 pm. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 am on Friday until service time.

A native of Loreauville and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Landry passed away at 11:35 pm on Monday, October 14, 2013 at Iberia Extended Care.

Mrs. Landry was a past member of the CFMA and the American Legion Post 335. She enjoyed word search puzzles and cooking for her family. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her children, Barry Landry and wife Marie of New Iberia, Cathy Norris and husband Alex of New Iberia, Homer Landry, Jr. and wife Tena of Carencro, and Gina Bourque and husband Mark of New Iberia; fourteen grandchildren, Shane Citrano, Christine Ducote, Stacy Landry, Tracy Landry, Lynn Ray Landry, Joshua Landry, Chad Landry, Caroll “CJ” Landry, Jr., Nicholas Landry, Tiffany Landry, Matthew Landry, Ian Landry, Brad Bourque and Cody Bourque; four step grandchildren, Scotty Landry, Angie Broussard, Patty Romero and Troy Norris; fourteen great grandchildren, nine step great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and three step great great grandchildren and one sister, Genevieve Crochet of Loreauville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Joseph Landry, Sr.; son, Carrol Landry, Sr. and wife Mary;

parents, Arile and Edmonia Louviere; one sister, Doris Louviere; and her in laws, Aliface and Onelia Landry.

Pallbearers will be Barry Landry, Homer Landry, Jr., Shane Citrano, Caroll Landry, Jr., Cody Bourque, Nicholas Landry, Matthew Landry, Brad Bourque and Eric Ducote.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Landry, Ian Landry, Devin Citrano, Jase Citrano, Kaden Citrano, Skyler Landry, Jonathon Landry, Jordan Ducote, Troy Norris, Noah Racca, Gavin Racca, Peyton Racca, Emma Racca, Lillian Pesson and Kirsten Ducote.
