She is predeceased by her beloved husband and love of her life, Theodore “Ted” Perkins and her daughter Sharon Sandstrom,
She is survived by Marcia Lipphardt (Randy), Steven Perkins, Nancy Griffin (Wayne), son-in-law Jeffrey Sandstrom, nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren who brought her great joy and pride.
Family was at the heart of Betty’s life. She loved nothing more than bringing people together at her homes in Waterford and Florida for countless parties, picnics and holidays that created memories for family and friends.
Betty loved to travel. At home she enjoyed gardening, knitting, needlepoint and sewing. Her hands were never still. She created many beautiful things for people she loved.
She will be deeply missed,loved and always remembered.
