Mr. Charles Charlie Haguewood

Mr. Haguewood was born on January 1, 1929 in Meridian, MS the son of Leo and Erma Haguewood. He married Marilyn Jillson on August 20, 1950 in New London. They enjoyed 61 years of marriage together. Mr. Haguewood served 20 years in the US Navy retiring then working another 20 years as a Chemist at Pfizer retiring in 1992.

Mr. Haguewood is survived by his loving wife, his daughters Charlyn Haguewood of Bensenville, IL and Sandra Haguewood of Houston, TX; grandchildren Timothy Sharp and Amanda Haguewood Waddell; one great-grandson and his sister Brenda Anderson Jackson of Hattisburg, MS. He is predeceased by his daughter Valerie Haguewood.

A Funeral will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 11:00am in Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 181 Ocean Ave., New London, CT 06320. The family will recieve friends from 10:00 until 11:00am in the funeral home prior to the service. Interment will follow in Jordan Cemetery, Waterford.
