Charlotte was born on July 12, 1949 in North Kingston, RI to parents Eugene and Evelyn Mosley. She was the eldest sister to siblings Yvonne and Beverly. She graduated from New London High School in 1967 and in the mid 70's was employed by Electric Boat. In the beginning of the 80's, she began her career as a Corrections Officer for the State of Connecticut. After 20+ years of service, she retired to enjoy her later years with family and friends. Traveling, Dining out or just spending time having conversations and staying connected. She loved her family and friends.
Charlotte is survived by her son, Jeff Mosley, her sister Yvonne, a niece Jennifer and nephew Tim, as well as Shalisha and Great Grandson Karlos.
Calling Hours will be held on Sunday, February 15, 3036 from 1:00 until 3:00pm in Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 181 Ocean Ave., New London, CT. A brief service will be held at 3:00.
