Lilia Lee Arcilla

Ms. Arcilla was born on July 16, 1941 in Iriga City, Philippines, to Bonifacio Lee and Francisca Arcilla.

Lilia was a loving mother, a caring and generous sister, and a wonderful grandmother. Prior to coming to the United States, Lilia owned and operated a custom clothing shop. She had since been sharing her skill as a professional seamstress for Foxwoods Resort Casino for the past 20 years. She had a passion for cooking, quilting and crafting. Lilia's kind spirit will be greatly missed.

Ms. Arcilla is predeceased by her husband, Co Tiong Sa. She is survived by her daughters, Christie and husband Wayne Lumpkin, Cherrie and husband Brad Isroff, and her son Gerald and wife Kimberly Arcilla; sisters, Helen Angeles and Gloria Tio; brothers, Antonio Lee, Romeo Lee, Salvador Lee, Peter Lee, Manuel Lee and Elmer Lee; as well as two grandchildren, Erica and Julian Isroff. She is also predeceased by her sister, Nena Doblon and step-daughter, Victoria Co.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 10:00 AM in Saint Mary Star of the Sea Church, New London. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 1 until 3 PM and again from 4 until 7 PM at Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, New London.
