Patsy Rascoe Dickson

Patsy Dickson, 69, of Waterford, died on April 26, 2010, at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital.

She was born on August 29, 1940, in Upper Jay, NY, the daughter of Alfred and Lola Gregory Rascoe. She was a graduate of New London High School, Class of 1958

Ms. Dickson retired after 25 years from the State of Connecticut DMR where she was employed as a secretary. She was a member of the VFW Post 189 Ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed her gardens and watching the birds come to feeders at her window. She also enjoyed crocheting, knitting and making things for her family and friends.

She was previously married to her high school sweet heart John H. Dickson, Sr.

She is survived by her son John Dickson, Jr. and daughter-in-law Diana Dickson; her daughters Sheri Dickson and Kellee Wicker; her brother Robert Rascoe, all of Waterford; her grandchildren Anthony Davidson, Grant Hogue, Theodore “Ted” and Jessica Dickson and Hunter Wicker. She had her faithful and loving companion Lucky-Dog by her side when she passed away. For most of her life, she attended First Baptist Church of Waterford and Lakes Pond Baptist Church, Waterford.
