Beulah Mae Montet Smith passed away on Friday, December 2, 2011 in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Walter R. Smith, Sr. and is survived by her children, Delores Smith Westcott (the late Redge Westcott, Mary Smith Ruiz (the late Richard E. Ruiz, Sr.), Walter R. Smith, III (Maxine Spiers Smith), and was preceded in death by her son Donald G. Smith, her parents, Mae and Ulysses Montet, 2 sisters and 4 brothers. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be celebrated in the Chapel of Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3928 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 1:30 P.M. with visitation at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 A.M.
