Carlton (Rich) Hubert Richard, Jr. born on April 29, 1921 has died at age 91 on Saturday, July 28, 2012. He was a devoted husband to the late June Mable Henry Richard. He leaves behind three daughters: Susan R. Hattier and her husband Eddie, Linda J. Prall and her husband Rich and Alice R. Serpas and her husband Michael. Also left behind are his grandchildren; Katie, Megan, Anna Hattier, Heidi Serpas, and Cody and Diane Prall. Son of the late Carlton H. Richard, Sr. and Olivia Smith Richard. “Rich” was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Mandeville, Louisiana.
