Chon Pineda Munoz

Chon Pineda Muñoz passed away at his home on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the age of 91. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Justina L. Muñoz and his parents, Guillema Pineda Muñoz and Francisco Muñoz. Chon is survived by his children, Oscar O. Muñoz, Conception M. Amaya and Cesar A. Muñoz; son-in-law, Armando Amaya, Jr., daughters-in-law, Marta Muñoz and Penny Muñoz; grandchildren, Oscar O. Muñoz, Jr., Nelly A. Perondi, Armando Amaya, III, Jorge Muñoz, Donny A. Amaya, Cesar L. Muñoz, Jessica Muñoz, Veronica Muñoz, Marc Muñoz, and Kristyna Muñoz; grand grandchildren, Sarah Muñoz, Casey Muñoz, Alexis Perondi, Ryan Muñoz, Ashley Perondi, Amanda Perondi, Armando Amaya, IV, Emily Amaya, Madison Amaya, Isabella Muñoz, Brody Muñoz, Evan Muñoz, Arleigh Amaya, Ali J. Amaya, Carolina Gutierrez and children Christina, Dominick, and Gabriel Gutierrez .

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be celebrated in the Chapel of Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St., New Orleans on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 10:00 am. Visitation at the funeral home on Monday, November 18, 2013 from 6pm to 10pm and on Tuesday after 8am.
