Elinor Woitha

WOITHA Elinor Rose (Buhler) Woitha, born February 28, 1927 in New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on April 25, 2012 in Metairie, Louisiana at the age of 85. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Woitha; parents: Joseph and Laura Buhler; and older brothers and sister: Joseph Buhler, Anna Buhler Beaty, Frederick Buhler and William Buhler. She is survived by her two sons: Dean Woitha and Mark Woitha; three grandchildren: Evan Woitha, Carly Woitha and Kaycie Woitha; daughter-in-law, Donna Williams Woitha; and nieces and nephews: Mary Ann Beaty Marrinan, William Beaty III, Robert Beaty, Kevin Buhler, Christopher Buhler and Eileen Buhler Simons. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Elinor's lifelong friends Dotsy, Celie, Millie and Muriel, and the staff of Lakeside Hospice for their loving care and comfort. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Elinor's life at a Memorial Service scheduled for Friday evening, May 4, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans.
