Miss Jessica Patricia Cancienne

Jessica Cancienne passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2010, at the age of 18. She was the beloved daughter of Louis and Christy Cancienne; the sister of Laney, Peighton, Jenna, and Joshua Cancienne; and the granddaughter of Milton and Brenda Frey and Harold and Elaine Cancienne. She was the niece of Glen and Kellie Manning, Jason and Keri Kiger, and James Cancienne. She is also survived by a Goddaughter, Laila Kiger, as well as a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends. A 2009 graduate of Hahnville High School, she was a student at Delgado Community College studying for a career in Speech Pathology. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her competitive spirit on the softball field, her fun loving spirit and her many close friendships.

A Funeral Service will be held at Williams Boulevard Baptist Church in Kenner on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 8:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 4:00 PM. A private inurnment will be scheduled at a later date. Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
