Kathleen Crotty Seghers-Rule

Kathleen Crotty Seghers-Rule passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 6:09 P.M. at the age of 69. Survived by her beloved husband Marion E. Rule; children, Lisa Kay Fowler Thriffiley wife of Timothy Thriffiley, and Ryan J. Fowler fiancé of Barbara Ann Regan. She is Mimi to Zachary T. Thriffiley, Caroline J. Thriffiley, Andrew J. Thriffiley and Ashley Muller. Her parents, Lucille Rein Crotty and James J. Crotty and her former husband Burnie B. Fowler, preceded her in death.

Kathleen was born in New Orleans and resided in Chalmette at the time of her death. She was a graduate of Holy Angels Academy class of 1960, former officer and Queen of the Krewe of Pandora, retired Travel Agent, former President of the local chapter of ASTA and former board member of Travel Agents of Greater New Orleans.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be celebrated in the Chapel of Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. with visitation at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 A.M, on Monday.
