Ralph Joseph Krieger

Ralph J. Krieger, Sr., age 93, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011 in Panama City, Florida. Mr. Krieger was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana until he and his wife of 69 years, Rita, who preceded him in death last year, relocated to Panama City, Florida after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. He was the son of the late Madelyn and Edward H. Krieger. Ralph is survived by devoted daughters. Helen K. Sabo(Frank) and Karen K. Terral(Nelson), daughter-in-law Barbara Barton Krieger, four grandchildren, Britton McKinney Turner(Scott) of Panama City Florida, Cory M. Gibson of Atlanta, Ga., Todd N. Terral(Ran) of Stuttgart, Germany, and Scott B. Krieger(Kadee) of Mandeville, La. He is also survived by eight great- grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 9:30 AM with a Catholic Funeral Mass following at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans, with internment in Greenwood Cemetery.
