Capt. Willard J. Burley widowed by Dolores Chaplain Burley passed away on January 31, 2013. Survived by children, Wilma Burley Navarrete(Robert), John L. Burley(Bai), Patricia Burley Rambeau as well as five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
