

Ann LaMarca Rainville born July 26th 1914 In New York City, NY, passed away peacefully on March 29th 2013. She moved to the Bronx as a young girl and lived in the family home for the next 70 years. She married her first true love Tony LaMarca, and had a Daughter named Loretta in August of 1936. She went to work in the banking industry in the Wall Street area and later worked for Liberty Lace in the Bronx becoming a Floor Lady. In 1957 she remarried and they opened the first of two florists. The second flower shop took her back to the heart of Manhattan. Ann had the pleasure of doing business with many different celebrities and professional people until the early 1980’s when she retired. In 2005 she moved to Phoenix, Arizona to live with her Daughter and some time later to Tacoma, Washington to live with her Grandson Mark and his partner Keith. Ann loved life, Chihuahuas, the classic films of the thirties and forties, but most of all dancing. She was still dancing the best she could up until the last weeks of her life. Left to mourn are her two Grandsons, Michael LoRe and wife Donna, Mark LoRe and partner Keith Margeson; Sister, Millie Pallidino; Nephew, Frank Pallidino, and dear family friend John Meyer. Viewing will be held from 11:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. on Friday April 5th 2013 followed by graveside services at Woodlawn Cemetery.
