Carol Pezza-Zappia of the Bronx passed away Monday October 6, 2014. She was 61 years old. Carol was the daughter and one of nine children born to Michael and Anna Neuberger Pezza. She was born in the Bronx on January 18, 1953. Carol was the devoted wife of the late Philip Zappia who predeceased her in January of 1990. She is survived by her loving children Ann Marie Pezza, Mary Zappia and her partner Wanda Adorno and Philip Zappia. Carol loved her children, family and her cats and especially loved slumber parties as they brought all of them together. She is also survived by three sisters and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by a brother and 4 sisters.
