Mrs. Felicia Dixon of New Rochelle passed away on Sunday March 17, 2013. She was 48 years old. Felicia was born on Decemeber 17, 1964 in New Rochelle and was the daughter of Robert and Jaclyn Harper. Felicia is survived by her daughters Morgan and Ryann. Visitation will be held March 23, 2013 from 4pm to 8pm.
