Frances Audrey Gregory of New Rochelle passed away May 20, 2013. She was 82. Frances was born in Mt. Vernon on April 11, 1931 to the late John and Mabel (Heliker) Koepper. Burial will be Tuesday May 28, 2013 at 1:00pm at Beechwood Cemetery.
