Helen Kuligowski of Manorville, New York passed away on Sunday January 13, 2013 at the Peconic Bay Medical Center. She was 91 years old. Helen was born on January 31, 1921 in Chicago and was the daughter of Alexander and Catherine Bakula. Her husband Edward is predeceased and is survived by her son Bruce and his wife Susanne, Edward Jr. and his wife Annette and Stanley and his wife Anne.
