Mr. Jose S. Valencia passed away at his home on Tuesday October 23, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. He was 65 years old. Jose was the son of Vincente and Fidelia Valencia and was born in Mexico on August 14, 1947. He was predeceased by his wife and is survived by his children, grand children, brothers and sisters.
