Luisa Velez of New Rochelle passed away February 24, 2014. She was 97. Luisa was born January 13, 1917 in Puerto Rico to the late Louis and Nicandra (Quintana) Carbonell. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday March 15, 2014 at 3:00pm at the George T. Davis Funeral Home.
