Daddy delivered Charlee while Sissy sat by Mommy's hospital bed waiting for her new baby sister to arrive. Charlee Jean soon became a Member of Faith Assembly Church in Rogersville TN. She had her Dedication Ceremony at 2 weeks old. Then, 2 weeks before her untimely passing, Charlee's feet were washed at Church as well.
Charlee loved being a part of her Mommy and Daddy's non-profit organization, Veteran Center of East Tn. She loved Uncle Dan, Chris, Ben, Billy Ray, Marvin, Deb, Dewey, Dawn, Dan Malinowski, The Langes, and so many more.
Charlee Jean was born with bilateral clubbed feet. She began her weekly Lexington Shriners trips at the young age of 2 weeks old. For 14 of her 16 weeks of life, Charlee would return every week, having her feet manipulated then recast in plaster, from hip to toe. She was uncomfortable but she adjusted. 12 castings and her feet were perfectly straight. Charlee proved to be not only the bravest but the most resilient baby when she completed her surgery on her Achilles Tendon on 12/12. Next stage was "boots & bar" on January 6th.
Charlee Jean had begun hitting milestones. She would coo, babble, giggle, even repeat "I Love You". Her one true love was Sissy, even staring at pictures of Kylee when she wasn't around. Charlee will always be Mommy & Daddy's "Itty Bitty". Our Christmas present from Charlee, she sat up on her own on Christmas Day.
Unfortunately, Charlee Jean left this Earth unexpectedly on December 29th 2024 at 8:34am.
Too early for her parents and sissy. But God believed she was too perfect for this Earth.
Charlee brought together people from all walks of life. Christians, Recovering Addicts, Veterans, Shriners, and so many more. She made a difference and had a great impact on many lives in such a short time. She will forever be missed.
