Eunice Cosby Mountain age 86, of New Tazewell, TN was born November 15, 1931 and passed away December 16, 2017 at Claiborne Nursing Home. Eunice belonged to New Hope Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She worked as an office manager for Farm Bureau Insurance until she retired. Eunice was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Janie Cosby, husband Odra Mountain, sisters Georgia Duncan and Sandra Cosby and nephews Terry Cosby and Edward Duncan. She is survived by brother Hurstle Cosby and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other family and friends. Family will receive friends Tuesday December 19th from 5 until 7 PM at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church with funeral services to follow at 7 PM. A graveside service will be held Wednesday December 20th at 12 PM in Irish Memorial Gardens. Officiating Rev. Robert Minton. Pallbearers will be members of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Singers will be the choir of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
