Born November 17, 1931 in Tazewell, Tennessee, Freda dedicated her life to her family. She raised 2 daughters with unfailing love, creating a home filled with traditions that she grew up with.
Post high school, Freda was recruited by the federal government (FBI and Department of Agriculture) and relocated to Washington, D.C. She retired at the age 65 with 45 years of Government service.
Mom was known for her straightforward approach, and hardworking nature which she imparted to her 2 daughters. She loved the Lord God and her family.
She is survived by her children: Brenda Neill and Denise Wallace. Her 3 grandchildren Brandon Swift, Brittany Swift and Andrea Hill and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Hunter Wallace.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at the Manning Cemetery in Tazewell, TN.
