Greg and Kim Smith

Gregory D. Smith, age 47, and Kimberly L. Smith, age 50, went to be with the Lord on December 11, 2016. Greg was saved at an early age at Seals Branch Baptist Church and Kim was saved in her late teen years at Midway Baptist Church. Greg and Kim were happily married for 26 years. They both were proud and faithful members of Raven Hill Missionary Baptist Church. They both had hobbies that they loved, but there was nothing they loved more than raising their son and watching him become the man that they raised him to be. Greg was preceded in death by his father, Dallas Smith. Kim was preceded in death by her mother and father, Theodore and Edna Faye Widner.

They are both survived by their Son: Tyler Smith and wife Katlyne

Greg’s Mother: Betty Smith

Greg’s Sister: Lisa Collilngsworth and husband Rick

Their Niece: Beth Runions and husband Daniel

Their Nephew: Adam Collingsworth

As well as many loved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 P.M. Wednesday December 14, 2016 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday December 15, 2016 at Coffey Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Irish Memorial Garden.
