Hettie was a member of Springdale Baptist Church. She retired from Claiborne County Hospital. Hettie loved to garden and cook, she was known for her stack cakes and “green” thumb. She was preceded in death by her father and mother; Guy and Bessie Moles Davis, husband; Harrison McDaniel, brothers Harve, Horace, Earl and John Guy, sister; Ressie Reed.

The family will receive friends Friday September 14 from 6-8pm at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel In New Tazewell, with funeral service to follow at 8pm in the chapel . Graveside service will be Saturday September 15 at 11:00am in the Irish Memorial Gardens. Ministers Rev. John Hatfield & Rev. Clint Hatfield.
