She was born on March 9, 1973 in Homestead, Florida, and grew up in numerous states and attended school in just as many.
Kimberly worked at Dollywood from 1991 to 1993, Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California from 1993 to 1995, and Disneyland in Anaheim, California from 1995 to 1997. She worked as a homemaker until her death.
She was married to Dale Dixon for 30 years. She is survived by Dale, her daughter Sabrina, and her two sons, Matthew and Jacob. She is survived by her mother, Lillian, her three brothers, James, Brian, and Kevin, and a sister, Lilly. She was preceded in death by her father, James Craig.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00am at Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell, Tennessee.
Kimberly will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all that knew and loved her.
