Lottie Louise (Mayes) Johnson, age 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2026, at St. Anne Home in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Johnson was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, on November 19, 1940, to the late Ed Mayes and Haley Crease (Heck) Mayes. Lottie was first married to Richard Saylor who preceded her in death. She later married William D. Johnson in 1983. William also preceded her in death.
Survivors include:
Daughter, Rebecca and Terry Ervin of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Joyce Lucas of Fort Wayne.
Lottie was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, and a son, Rickey L. Saylor.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, 8611 Mayhew Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation at 10:00 AM prior to the service.
Burial will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Greasy Hollow Cemetery, Speedwell, Tennessee.
