
Rev. Loy Pressnell age 82 went home to be with the Lord May 1, 2017. He was a faithful member of Lone Holly Missionary Baptist Church. He pastored several churches in the Claiborne County area and was an honorable servant for the Lord for many years. He is preceded in death by his son Jimmy George Pressnell; daughter-n-law, Rutha Taylor Pressnell; father and mother George & Beulah Pressnell; father-in-law and mother-in-law, G.W. and Birdie Bull; brothers, Houston, Fred, Robert, Clarence & Lee Pressnell; sisters Lillian Poore and Jean Steadman; brothers-in-law, Virch, Glen and Lillion Bull; special sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ada and Fred Dykes.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 61 years: Myrtle Bull Pressnell

The family will receive family from 4 until 5 p.m. Wednesday and receive friends from 5 until 9 p.m. Wednesday May 3, 2017 at Coffey Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Thursday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Duncan-Baldwin Cemetery.
